Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • Only students currently enrolled in Primary 5 at MOE primary schools in Singapore are eligible.
   • Parents/guardians must register an account in the Practice 365 app and create a child profile to participate.
   • By registering, the parent/guardian confirms that they consent to the child’s participation in this contest.
   • Each student may participate using only one registered account.
2. Contest Period
   • The contest will run from now until 21 November 2025, 11:59 PM (Singapore time).
   • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Participate
   1. Download and register on the Practice 365 app.
   2. Parent registers with their email.
   3. Create a child profile in the app.
   4. WhatsApp us at +65 8899 4522 to unlock access to all Primary 5 questions for the contest period (FREE!).
   5. Follow Practice 365 and tag a friend on Facebook and Instagram.
   6. The child may then practice and compete within the contest period.
4. Winning Criteria
   • The winner will be the student who:
     1. Achieves the highest accuracy rate (percentage of correct answers), with a minimum of 200 questions attempted; and
     2. Among those tied in accuracy, has the highest total number of questions completed.
     3. If there is still a tie, the earliest achiever will be declared the winner.
5. Cheating & Fair Play
   • Any attempt to manipulate results (e.g. multiple accounts, automated answering, external unfair assistance) will result in disqualification.
   • The organizer’s decision on disqualification is final.
6. System Records
   • All results will be based on data recorded in the app’s system.
   • The organizer’s records are final and binding in determining the winner.
7. Prize
   • The prize is an Apple iPad (128GB, Wi-Fi, worth S$499).
   • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
   • A valid MOE Student Card must be presented to verify that the child is a Primary 5 MOE school student in 2025.
   • The winner (through their parent/guardian) will be required to collect the prize in person within 30 days of notification, failing which the prize may be forfeited.
8. Announcement of Winner
   • The winner will be announced on Practice 365’s Facebook, Instagram, and website within 14 days after the contest ends.
   • The winner will also be contacted directly via the contact details provided during registration.
9. Use of Contact Information
   • By participating in this contest and using the app, you acknowledge and agree that the contact information (including email address and phone number) you provide may be collected and used by Able Digital Solution Ltd for the purposes of administering this contest and for sending you promotional updates and information related to Practice 365.
   • You may opt out of promotional messages by letting us know through WhatsApp.
10. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
    • All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
11. General
    • Upon 21 November 2025, students who have not purchased the Primary 5 level before the contest will have their access to the Primary 5 level ended.
    • Able Digital Solution Ltd reserves the right to amend the rules, change or substitute the prizes, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice. All decisions of Able Digital Solution Ltd relating to this contest are final and binding.
    • The decision of Able Digital Solution Ltd on all matters relating to the contest is final and binding.
