Terms of use

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Practice 365 (“the App”), developed by Able Digital Solution Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“you” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is designed for primary school students following the Singapore curriculum and may only be used by or with parent/guardian supervision. Parents or guardians consent to these Terms when enabling the App use.

3. License & Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.
You agree to use the App for lawful and educational purposes only.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers one-time in-app purchases such as topic packages (e.g., Primary 1–6 packages). Purchases are processed via the app store platform (Google Play or App Store), and refunds are subject to their policies.
You are responsible for ensuring proper access privileges and reviewing pricing before purchase.

5. User Accounts & Personal Data

Registration is optional; however, parent-supervised registration may enable features like progress tracking and rewards.
Each account is personal and intended for individual use only. Users shall not share, transfer, or resell their account to any third party. If multiple children or users require access, a separate purchase of the relevant primary level package must be made for each user.

On Google Play, the App may collect personal info and photos/videos, encrypted during transit, with no third-party sharing (Google Play listing).
On the App Store, the developer indicates the App does not collect any data (App Store listing).

For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy Policy
